Acrylic and oil paints

 

In the entire Taiwanese environment, we are all going with the flow and living blindly. As facing the issues of races (new residences), national recognition, cultural background, etc., we are always arguing and got stuck without any progress. I use the concepts from Chinese philosophy and esthetician Laozi - ‘ the loudest sound is inaudible, and the largest image is invisible’ to create work and trying to stretch the concept. My work constructed moving and quiet images and entities, which include mountains, water, forests. I also use the visual performance of mottled sense to present the chaos, which reflects the self-psychological state to the environment, and the behaviours of how human beings in this current society abandon themselves to the comfortable surface and neglect all kinds of potential risks.
